18-30 months
Toddler Program
At The Olive Daycare Center, we place great value on fundamental play as a key component of early childhood development. Our experienced educators view play as an essential opportunity to inspire learning through activities tailored to the interests of toddlers. These activities may include storytelling, singing songs, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and a variety of interactive games designed to engage and stimulate young minds.
Our toddler program maintains a 5:1 teacher-to-child ratio, ensuring that one educator cares for every five children, in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations.
Items to Bring on Your Child’s First Day:
Spare clothing
Wipes and diapers
Indoor and outdoor shoes
A favourite blanket (if applicable)
Formula (if needed)
Fees:
Fee details will be discussed during your tour. For information on extended hours and rates for children aged 13-17 months, please contact the Program Manager directly.
Please note: A one-time registration fee of $65 is required for all registrations and is due at the time of form submission.
2.5 - 6 years old
Preschool Program
Our Preschool Program at The Olive Daycare Center offers a nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn and grow through play. We are dedicated to meeting the developmental needs of each child by considering the perspectives of parents/guardians, the child’s desire for fun and exploration, and the educator’s expertise in fostering creativity and learning.
Our preschool program follows an 8:1 teacher-to-child ratio, meaning one educator is responsible for eight children, in compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.

A favorite blanket (if applicable)
Specialty food (if required for medical, dietary, or cultural reasons)

Hygiene and Diapering Supplies
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing all necessary diapers and hygiene supplies, including creams, wipes, or pull-ups, as needed for their child. However, we maintain additional supplies on hand to ensure your child is always properly cared for in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. If you have any specific requirements or concerns regarding hygiene supplies for your child, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
